Fairly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of red apples, woody notes, green apple and soft funk. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at BXL festival. Hazy deep golden with small head. Tart apricot, soft white wine, sweet grains, soft grassy hops, light earthy, fresh bread. Light toasty. Solid medium sweet, almost medium sour and bitter. Over medium bodied.

BXL ‘19. Fairly hazy golden orange with a small off white head. Aroma of herbs, pepper and citric notes. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle from their online shop. Nice horse blanket with lots of funk. Fantastic dry sourness, funky. Lots of funk with a nice very bitter tart finish. Interesting and nice dry.

7/8/2019. Sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours murky pale brown with a tiny bubbly white head. Aroma of musty stewed cooking apples, overripe plums, light rhubarb, brown sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon and pancake syrup. Light sweetness, moderate tartness. Moderate body, slight watery texture, flat carbonation. More interesting than many German ciders.
