Bottled beers brewed by Den Gamle Brygger whose brewmaster is also the brewmaster at the Skovlyst Brewpub.

Not to be confused with Skovlyst Production which broke away from the mother company in 2014 to establish itself as a contract brewer.

Sample at CPH beerfestival. Medium head with medium duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are hops, caramel, nuts, flowers and grass. Vinous.

KØ09 as Skovlyst Imperial Brown Ale. Mild hop aroma. Hazy dark amber colour. Distinct grassy hop aroma. Very nice. Grassy and peppery, some good caramel.

CBF09. Draught. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Light brown colour. Moderate malty and heavy hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter flavor. Long great heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Draft at KBHFestival, 2009. Clear amber with a small creamy head. Incredibly nice and hoppy brown ale this is. Fruity hops, orange and plenty of caramel. Hoppy and bitter end. Very drinkable and delicious.

Tap at KBH festival, 2009. Pours a clear amber with a small creamy head. Nose is fruity and hoppy including some caramel. Fresh and dry. Lots of Pine & orange. Very drinkable, simple, well hopped and balanced strong ale. Nice

CBF09. Draught. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Dark yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Fruity notes. Moderate bitter and sweet flavior. Long delicate fruity/berrie finish. Creamy palate. One of a kind and nice.

Amber with a small off-white head. Aroma has caramel and malt, and distinct American citrus and pine hops. Sweetish, but hoppy and bitter flavour dangerously drinkable for a 9.5% beer.

Cloudy yellow with a lasting white head. Fruity aroma with yeasty Belgian notes. Sweetish, spicy and yeasty flavour.

tap at KØ2009 clear yellow, small white head. fresh fruity aroma, delicate. flavor is berries, herbs, fruity and flowery. strong flavor, but not that spritty for a 12%.
