Bottled beers brewed by Den Gamle Brygger whose brewmaster is also the brewmaster at the Skovlyst Brewpub.

Not to be confused with Skovlyst Production which broke away from the mother company in 2014 to establish itself as a contract brewer.

Draught@EBF2008. Ambery golden colour, small head. Aroma is cooked vegetables, soe mild spicyness as well as herbal notes. Flavour is quite the same with some mild caramel popping in. Rather rubbery in the finish. Yet it manages to be quite refreshing.

Draught@EBF2008. Deep amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is fruits, wood, caramel and some spices. Flavour is quite much the same with really strong notes of caramel.

Draught@EBF2008. Golden colour, no head. Aroma is wood, yeast and peach. Flavour is almond, grass, peach and some more nuts. A really different Barley Wine.

Sample at EBF Copenhagen. Medium head with medium duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are vanilla, milk and roast malt. Creamy.

Sample at EBF Copenhagen. Medium head with medium duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are rowan and fruits. Too much carbonation. Light bitter finish.

(Draught@EBF). Clear golden color, small white head. Fruity, grassy pear-like aroma. This barley wine is really "something else" ... fruits, pears, missing alcohol, very light for ABV.

Draught at EBF08. Citric flavour, hint of marcipan. Almost clear copper colour. Citric flavour. Some malt. 12%, no way, my arse is also 12%.
