50 cL bottle, #1932, I’m not allowed to give credit to whom this should be given - but thanks mate! Interesting that Noma seems to be serving beer past their BBD :( I guess beers aren’t evaluated when giving a restaurant two (!) Michelin stars. The beer pours hazy and pale yellow with a lacing white head. Light spiced and wheaty flavour with mild wheat and light set of spices. Finish is light citric and with appearing pilsner malt. Light bitterness. Overall an easy brew to drink - yet not what I had expected it to be like.

(Growler 100 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Clear, orangey brown with a small, off-white head. Aroma of fruit, burned caramel and alcohol. Very full-bodied with lots of dried fruit, burned caramel and roasted malt. The finish is dry with a subdued bitterness. Excellent! And really deserves a higher average. Sort of a "Belgian" Barley Wine. 260208

Draft. A deep red beer with a slight hazy under a lazing tan head. The aroma is powerful and very sweet with strong notes of berries as well as medium notes of alcohol. THe flavor very sweet with strong notes of alcohol, that ticles the tongue, palate, and cheeks, as well as notes of yeast and brown sugar, leading to a finish containing light notes of prunes and spices - especially cloves and cinnamon. One of the best beers from Skovlyst.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours slight hazy, orange to pink with a very thick and light pink head. Cherry esteric and fruity aroma with a mild wheat note beneath. Flavour is subdued sweet with a mild esteric wheat and cherry note. Cherries shine through in a soft yet nicely fruity way. Lingering banana and cherry fruity finish. Perhaps the best Skovlyst wheat I’ve had.
