From tap at the brewpub (as Fersken Hvede). Pours hazy orange with a chalk white lasting head. Peachy aroma, much like icetea. Quite sweet. Flavour is on the contrary citric with a clear peach fruityness. Neither aroma nor flavour holds much wheat. The flavour does reveal some bubblegum notes just before the finish. End gives some sweetness away, but still dominated by citric peach flavours. Creamy to fizzy mouthfeel.

Bottled. A hazy yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma is very flowery with slightly acidic notes of woodruf (skovmærke) and citrus. The flavor is sweet with a light acidic note of woodruf and citrus, leading to a dry and bitter finish. The body is thin. Somewhat boring - but a good idea - reminding me of being a kid and eating woodruf in the forrest.

Draft. An unclear pinkish-red beer with a lazing pink head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of wheat and forest berries - a bit too much for me, but very fresh. The flavor is sweet with notes of forest berries, leading to a dry wheaty finish. The mouthfeel is very sparkling due to a very high level of carbonation, and the body is thin. Not my thing.

Draught at brewpub. Frothy white fair mostly deminishng head. Yellow colour. Light malty aroma. Light bitter flavor but toy can sense that a special forrestplant (skovmærke-flowers) is added and it gives a special distickt citruslike flavor. that is really special and nice. Watery palate.
