(On tap) Hazy, pale golden - no head. Weak notes of pineapple in the aroma. Starts with soft, wheaty touches which are relieved by sweet pineapple and then the wheat takes over again in the finish. No real bitterness. Actually a decent quencher which is not insanely sweet. 030805

A clear brown beer with a small collapsing light brown head. The aroma is very special - unlike any beer I’ve had before - it is spicy with pebermint, celery, and mirabelles standing out. The flavor is just as weird as the aroma, while the end is dry and spicy. As Mads points out, the waiter just commented "well, that’s too bad" to us not liking the beer and not finishing the beer. I would have expected him to ask us what we didn’t like about it.

A hazy light yellow beer with a small white head. The aroma is flowery combined with notes of honey, fruit, and caramel. I can’t tell, that the honey used is heather honey. The flavor is very hoppy - almost acidic - and slightly sour like lemon, but I can’t really tell the honey in the flavor. The end is very bitter hoppy, but the body is thin.
