Can from Holiday Market. Pours a cloudy orange gold with a bit of white foam that dissipates quickly. Weizen yeast aromas with banana and clove dominate the nose with some orange zest and yogurt notes underneath. Smooth on the palate with more yogurt and orange and more weizen character. Finishes quick and is easy drinking, but the weizen notes were a bit of a surprise.

Sampled from the tap at Beer Grotto A2. Pours a hazy light yellow orange with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has melon, passionfruit and sweet citrus with a bit of sweet grain underlying. Flavor citrus and mango with some passionfruit and sweet grains supporting.

Draft at 8 Degrees Plato. Pours a hazy, almost cloudy, yellow gold with a full finger of white foam that lingers. Pungent nose with citrus, melon, mango and some great yeast action aromas as well. Very in the realm of Monkish or Trillium on the nose. Super inviting. Clean palate...more citrus, papaya, star fruit. Lingering dank, pine & fruit. No hopburn at all, good tropical fruit notes throughout and a little dryness and bitterness on the finish. Fantastic.

Can from Holiday Market. Pours a hazy yellow gold with a finger of white foam that dissipates fairly quickly. Lots of pineapple in the nose with notes of dank, apricot and peach aromas. Nice crisp carbonation on the palate with more dried tropical fruit and mineral notes. Very dry with some light hopburn. Really dries out on the finish. Very crushable.

Can from Holiday Market. Pours a hazy gold with a full 2 fingers of white foam that dissipates. Papaya, durian and lychee aromas really dominate the nose on this one. Some light pine and pineapple smoothie notes as it warms up. Soft texture and slightly creamy mouthfeel. Low perceived bitterness with creamy tropical fruit that lingers. Light pine on the finish. One of the better Arvon releases here recently.

7.4/10 β€” Appearance 8 Aroma 8 Flavor 7 Texture 7 Overall 7
Can from Holiday Market. Pours a hazy yellow orange with a finger of white foam that dissipates fairly quickly. Not much aroma besides booze at first, but as it warms up some pineapple, dank and herbal aromas dominate the nose. The palate shows kiwi, berry, citrus and booze. A bit of hopburn on the finish. Definitely boozy for the abv. Still a nice nose and enjoyable beer from Arvon.

Can from Blue Front. Pours a mostly clear orange copper with a finger of white foam that lingers. Piney nose with tangerine, iyokan & cinnamon/clove aromas. Bright citrus with some more spice cabinet notes. Lingering piney bitterness. Chinook is a fun hop, but not sure it lends itself to dry hopping imo. --- Beer merged from original tick of Bush Wookiee W/ Chinook on 17 Sep 2019 at 18:38 - Score: 7. Original review text: Piney nose with tangerine, iyokan & cinnamon/clove aromas. Bright citrus with some more spice cabinet notes. Lingering piney bitterness.

Draft at 8 Degrees Plato. Pours a clearish gold with a finger of white foam that lingers. Grapefruit, pineapple and passion fruit aromas on the nose. Clean and crisp on the palate with some light graininess. Easy drinking with a slightly pillowy texture on the palate. Not as juicy as some over brews from Arvon, but great drinkability. Lychee, tropical fruit and slight gooseberry towards the finish. Light pine and citrus lingers with medium to low bitterness.
