Description
It all started with a homebrew kit and many weekends brewing beer in the garage. Fourteen years later and we're still focused on the same creativity, attention to detail, and relentlessly driven mindset. Imprint Beer Co. has been in the same location since 2018, with a major expansion in 2021. Enjoy a pint in the place it was brewed, and take home your favorite cans and bottles

Be careful when opening and pouring this beer. It's a slow moving gusher. I left the normal amount of head space for the beer to rise but it kept rising and ended up with about an ounce of beer on the surface. Odd but cool looking beer as you can see in the photo. Green from the spirulina but you can't taste it. Aromas are mainly moderate coconut with orange and pineapple in the background. Flavors are similar to nose adding in a touch of passionfruit. More sweet than tart with just right carbonation. Thick. And that head hasn't changed on the top one bit since I poured it. Maybe it's like a Twinkie that lasts forever.

On tap at Peders, pours black, no head. Aroma has plenty of cinnamon upfront, followed by maple, coconut, marshmallow, and a touch of bourbon. Flavour is ridiculously intense, with intense almonds and coconut upfront, accentuated by the cinnamon and maple. Super decadent and pastry-rific. Beauty.

On tap at Peders. Pours black. Almond, coconut, cinnamon, marshmallow, and bourbon on the nose. Flavour is super rich, loads of coconut, almond, and vanilla with cinnamon and cacao accents. Good bourbon warmth. Excellent.

Sweet, chocolate, toasted coconut with a bit of cinnamon. Taste is along the same lines. Also, it's kinda on a very sweet side that's not really balanced here.
