Description
It all started with a homebrew kit and many weekends brewing beer in the garage. Fourteen years later and we're still focused on the same creativity, attention to detail, and relentlessly driven mindset. Imprint Beer Co. has been in the same location since 2018, with a major expansion in 2021. Enjoy a pint in the place it was brewed, and take home your favorite cans and bottles

0,5l bottle at home shared by Pauli. Vintage 2026. Black color, no head. smells coconut, fudge, vanilla, cinnamon, spices. Very nice yet intense smell. full body, light carbonation, oily mouthfeel. tastes coconut, spices, fudge, vanilla, cinnamon, bourbon notes. finishes light to medium sweet with notes of bourbon, coconut and spices. Very nice one, intense, on the sweet side, but not overwhelming, love notes of coconut and spices, great to drink

Not sure if this is the correct beer entry. Beer details:
blue wax, by Imprint, collab with mortals brewing. 13.5% 2026 on label,
Toasted coconut, jamaican blue mountain coffee beans & equadorian cacao nibs, rested 18 months on bourbon barrels.
my rating:
pitch black, brown to light brown small head that stays a while but disappears.
aroma of vanilla, coconut, chocolate. faint alc burn, those notes are close to bourbon notes so pretty hard to tell if it's from bourbon or from the stuff added to the beer, or both. slightly boozy in the aroma. quite strong vanilla like sweetness. chocolate cake. any coffee and roasted malts in the aroma are somewhat hidden away.
flavor is better. smooth roasted malts, coffe, chocolate, bourbon, faint licorice, alc. burns in the mouth, end is bourbon and chocolate and vanilla and coffee and roasted malts. a tiny bit too pastry and too little imp stouty to really nail it, but a decent ba imp stout anyways - it's full bodied and sort of complex, although i could really use some more coffee and roasted malts. not much trace of 18 months of barrelling, the bourbon yes, but wood - not much. it is very velvety and soft. layered. complex. that's a plus. good balance also.

Bottle from Benny’s Place, Kuala Lumpur. Poured almost black in colour with little life. The aroma is roasty, big chocolate. The flavour is strong sweet, with a smooth, rich, oily, sweet chocolate, vanilla, warm boozy, liquorice bitter palate. Full bodied with soft carbonation.

One pint can from BeerShelf. Gluten Free. Deep purple colour, bubbly purple head and aroma of blackberry, raspberry, pastry hints. Taste is sweet, berries, blackberry, cherry, with some vanilla and sour acidity. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, sweet berry sourish finish. Nicely drinkable.
