From a 473ml can on 2/2/2022. Pours like guava nectar with a strange thick bubbly head no head. You get lots of banana and pear on the nose, some strawberry, but not so much apple. Sweet strawberry and banana dominate the flavour, though the pear and apple are easy to get in the background. Has a mild tangy, oh so slightly tart finish. The texture is super thick, like it's full of pulped fruit, with the carbonation moderate. Damn this brewer has this style down pat. This is a beautifully balanced, truly moreish and delicious dessert sour, and so smashable at just 6%

From a 473ml can on 31/1/2022. Pours a cloudy pink with barely any head. Has a strong aroma of berry cordial and icecream. Features lots of raspberry and marshmallow sweetness up front, with the pineapple much more subtle. Finishes with a mild tangy tartness. The mouthfeel is a touch thick with softish carbonation. A delicious, smashable smoothie sour.

Very creamy and frothy, the nitrogen smooths it over, taking away from the bit from the hop and subtle strawberry flavor. Thanks Moon Dawg!

From a 473 can on 23/1/2022. Pours a thick pinky red, very similar to guava nectar. The nose is dominated by cheesecake notes with some light berries. Damn it seriously tastes like cheesecake too, with lots of banana, cherry and guava sweetness and sweet cream in there too. Finishes with a light refreshing tartness. The texture is thick and super creamy, the carbonation softish. An amazing dessert sour, particularly for one that has a middling abv.
