473ml can. Hazy, yellow-ish, bright golden colour with average to huge, frothy, rapidly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Grassy and tropical fruity, hoppy aroma, sweet-ish, wheaty and oaty malty, minimally sugary background, notes of mango, spicy-grassy aspects, rather condensed hop flavours, a touch of woody pineapple and salted lemon. Taste is bitter, grassy and citrusy fruity, slightly tropical fruity hoppy, notes of lemon, some mango, passion fruit, orange peel, a touch of salted lemon, some grassy tartness, sorrel, slightly zesty and minimally mineral bitterness, rather neutral, minimally oaty malty basis. Watery and somehow minimally crumbly texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously slightly dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Condensed and intense, fairly complex, though partly not the most flattering hop flavours - good but not outstanding.

Not quite sure why anybody would feel the urge to put pistachio in a sour beer. It doesn't really work. Not for me.

Bottle shared@Arkane Aleworks TTO, Peders, Copenhagen (19/11/2022) - black with a tiny dissipating ringed tan head. Dark sweet and roasted malty, with opulent silky chocolate, some sweet fudge and caramel, full bodied, big bourbon going on, tart cherry fruity and nutty pistachio notes coalesce into the sweet dark malty finish. Beautiful.
