MBCC. Clear very dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, coffee, dried fruit and bourbon. Flavor is very sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish with heavy alcohol. Boozy. 100524

MBCC. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity and moderate hoppy - citrus. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 100524

Small draft at Orange & Brew. Hazy yellow, almost a butter color, and a parfait head. Strong Citra and citrus smells. Tasting it brings up orange juice. Slightly hot alcohol afternotes, but a very mild afterburn.

Banana Panic from Triptych Brewing

Small draft at Orange & Brew. Deep brown with a thin layer of tan foam. Some banana hits first in the nose, followed by rich chocolate and barrel-aged bourbon. Thinking about the Bourbon County Stout Bananas Foster, but this is noticeably richer. The bourbon comes up and overwhelms the banana flavor, and then the cocoa recedes. And the bourbon dominates over any trace of roasty malt.
