On tap at HopCat, pours black with a medium brown head. Aroma brings light bourbon, with some oats and dry cocoa. Flavour is bourbon-heavy, with lots of caramel, sweet vanilla, and bourbon. Fairly alcoholic and even with some tartness. Works overall. Very nice.

On tap at HopCat, pours a clear golden blonde with a medium beige head. Aroma brings out lots of earthy dry hopping, with light pine and bone dry biscuity malt. Flavour is fairly hoppy, with citrus dry hopping, some resinous notes, a bit of a metallic character, and biscuity malt. Somewhat harsh and metallic on the finish. It's okay.

Tap at Mellow. Pours a clearish, light straw with a full finger of creamy foam. Light apricot nose w/ what I guess is paw paw. Touch of lemon. Soft tartness w/ a touch of bing cherry. Doesn’t wow, but solid drop.

Tap at CYO. Pours a clear deep gold with very little head. Light estery nose with some pear. Good carbonation throughout. Tart apple juice, but a touch of astringent plastic going on. Quick finish with some faint lemon tartness.

Tap at Gambrinus. Pours a clear gold with a half finger of foam that dissipates. Light grainy nose with a touch of grass, lemon and hint of skunkiness. Light and crisp on the palate. Lightly bitter finish with a touch of lemon and pepper. As it warms the skunk aromas disappear. Pretty solid.

Tap at Mellow. Pours a dark brown with a small head that dissipates quickly. Faint smoked malt nose with coffee and dark chocolate. Light bodied with robust malt flavor and a nice dry finish that lingers. Simple, yet elegant.

Tap at Gambrinus. Pours a clear gold with a finger of fluffy, white foam that lingers. Clean and crisp tripel. Light spice, lemon and coriander. Sweet on the palate; spicy bitter finish. Really smooth with a good balance between sweetness and spice.

Draft. Yeast, orange malt, and orange peel aroma. Golden yellow with moderate head. Lightly sweet lemon, biscuit malt, yeast, and moderately bitter grapefruit peel flavor. Nice body. More Belgian characteristics - rye doesn’t come our much. Nice beer.
