Bringing small batches of hand crafted beer to Southern Kentucky, we opened in early 2015.
We are a "community brewery." We will use locally sourced ingredients where possible, give our spent grains back to farmers to feed their livestock, and put a portion of our profits back into local charities.

Good nut like pistachio. Some roast and some light caramel. Good balance and easy drinking. Pours brown with decent head and lacing. Bittersweet finish. Nice. Tap at brewpub.

Growler: Deep brown with a small tan head. Chocolate, caramel, nut aroma. Taste is nicely rich nuts...almost peanut...., chocolate malt. Subtle leafy bitter finish. Pretty good.

Draft (growler pour). Nutty chocolate malt and fresh hay aroma. Dark chestnut brown with large light tan head. Moderately sweet nutty, light lactic chocolate malt and mildly bitter hay flavor. Okay body. Decent.

Tap at CYO. Slightly hazy gold with a finger of foam that lingers. Grainy nose with some light pils malt and a touch of granola. Clean and crisp on the palate and nice and dry. A light bit of hoppy bitterness on the finish. Wow, this is a solid kolsch. I could drink this all day.

Draft. Milky lemon, barley malt, and straw aroma. Hazy yellow and small head. Moderately sweet barley malt and mildly bitter straw flavor. Nice body. A solid Koelsch.
