Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, deep amber with a small and creamy, beige head. Dry, lightly tart aroma of overripe fruit and caramel. Medium body only, quite dry, hints of Belgian yeast and some phenols with a tart note. No real bitterness. 040225

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, reddish brown with tiny impurities and a creamy, lacing, beige head. Slight toffee and dark, dried fruits in the nose with a hint of tartness. Medium body, more of the above, but the tartness becomes more prominent. Fairly dry. I think there's a slight, lurking infection here. 220125

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear, deep golden with a small, rough, white head. Sweet fruity and lightly phenollic nose. Rich, sweet, fruity body with a carbonation to the low side. Hardly any bitterness, but some potent alcohol in the finish. 220125
