On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy yellow with small white head that lasts. The aroma is dank and tropical fruit. Slick body, grapefruit, melon, pine, bitter finish, very good.

1 October 2022. At Texas Craft Beer Festival. Shared with the lovely Anke!

A: hazy pale yellow, thinning head.
A: sour grape, kiwi, sourdough, soap, something very odd I can't put my finger on.
T: sour berry, kiwi, citrus flesh, lemon & bread.
F: tart yellow fruit, bread, some herbs.
P: medium body, slick texture, average carbonation.
Unusual Sour; not exactly my taste.
