Bottle. Label says Bailey's Taproom Brett Table Beer. 4.2 % ABV. Has an unclear straw colour with no head. Fruity aroma of lemon juice, hay, apple cider vinegar, Belgian yeast forest floor and spices. The flavour is similar which is fruity and sour with malty undertones. Has a silky mouth feel, light body and a light bitterness. Very refrishing and easy drinking with a sour touch.

Bottle. A pinkish yellow hue with a medium white head. A light berry woody nose. Sour, semi-sweet berries as well, toast, a bit of tartness similar to wood, a smooth berry finish. Certainly unique. Solid.

Bottle pour at Matt’s, with much thanks to Tom for the share. Love a peach beer, and have never met a bad one. This is no exception. Slightly pale golden pour with a thin fizz head. A tart, but fresh peach constant on the nose, from quite a distance. A nicely balanced sweet and sour peach fruit going on here, with the sour note lingering longer. Such a true peach flavor. Very nicely done. So incredibly smooth, considering the heavy abv bill. Looks like I’ve missed out on these guys do far. After this first beer tried from these guys, I can tell they really have something going on here. Excellent beer here, to say the least.
