0.45 l bottle. 12/5,4%, brewed by Alivaria, Belarus. The same receipt as Baltika 7. Light golden, clear, good white foam. Aroma: sour-herbaceous hops, slightly green apples, slightly sweet malt notes. Taste: malty crisp biscuit, light hop bitterness, a little herbal hop, watery.

Pours pale yellow with a huge fluffy white head. Aroma of flat malt. Taste has some mild acerbic notes, some mild sweetness, otherwise grainy and yeasty. Palate has more lingering grain notes on the nose.

50 cl can. Clear pale golden colour with a fluffy white head. Sweet aroma with grains, grasses, and hops extract. The taste is light sweet. Lighter body. Short, slightly drying finish. Run of the mill industrial Lager.

Can. Clear gold sporting a lovely white head. Aroma of grains, straw and earthy hops. Taste of grains, malts, dough, bread, straw and minerals. Moderate grainy bitterness. Medium to strong carbonation. Well it’s ok but at the end of the day it’s a subpar Pils. There may be a time and place for living off of Holsten, goulash and red peppers but that’s neither now nor here.

0.33 l bottle from 'REWE' (Wyk auf Föhr), best before April 2024. Clear, golden with a thin, frothy, almost stable, white head. A little sweetish, slightly malty, minimally floral aroma of grains, some corn flakes and light straw. Slightly sweet, gently bitter, moderately dry and a bit grassy taste of grains, some straw and a touch of corn flakes, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly dry finish. Almost medium-bodied, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Rather clean, neutral, just about drinkable.
