(Bottle 33 cl) Pours a clear, amber golden with a small, off-white head. Aroma of malt drops. Fairly light in body with lightly sweet, roasted malt. Lightly bitter finish. An easy drink. 290407

Bottled. A hazy orange beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet malty with strong notes of straw and lesser notes of caramel. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of caramel and average notes of cowberries and straw, leading to a lightly bitter end. I find it boring.

Flip-top bottle: Copper to amber coloured, very small off-white foamy layer; distinctive sweet dark-malty and caramelle nose, slightly alcoholic, traces of toasted malt; sweet (-malty) flavour with a very faint bitterness, light bodied; short, sweetish-caramelly finish with a good dash of bitterness in the aftertaste. A bit on the sweet side, but all in all a tasty and quite well balanced Dunkel..............

(Bottle 33 cl) Hazy dark golden with your typical tall and handsome head. Extremely fresh and fruity - I detect some very present notes of peach. A prickling - but pleasant - carbonation on my tongue. Top quality Hefe. 110802

(Bottle 33 cl) Classical pilsener golden with a discreet head. Fruity, marked bitterness - a long and lasting bitterness. Has a weird and indefinable tang that I don’t believe is intentional. 050802

(Bottle 33 cl) Credited to "Privatbrauerei Haffner" in Uslar in my version - may be the same thing? Golden brown beer with a nice head. Distinct malt character balanced by a solid shot of aroma hops. Comes with a wee underlying caramel sweetness. Very pleasant. 290900

Yellow/golden, fresh nose, quite a bit more aromatic and less dry than the usual german pils. Malty and fruity flavors also present.

Almond aroma. Beautifully red but no head. Spicy and aromatic, unfortunately a slightly watery finish. Be sure not to refrigerate it too much.

A somewhat unusual, but nice and fresh bublegum and clove aroma. Yellow, hazy, floaties and heavy carbonation. More hops than usual but all very well balanced and refreshing.
