0.5 l bottle from the brewery's web shop, best before September 2025. Clear, golden with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, slightly malty and minimally floral aroma of grains, some straw and traces of honey. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, slightly floral taste of grains, honey and nuts, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly dry finish. Medium to full body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay, quite macro-ish.

500ml bottle from Noz Hazebrouck. Pours a dull hazed amber, good white head. Vibrant weiss nose. Great weiss character, full yeasty character, moderately sweet, doughy, smooth unfiltered palate, really pleasant.
