Bottle: Straw golden, big, slowly collapsing fluffy "dirty" head, solid grainy to strawy nose, moderate to strong sweet-bitter flavour, astonishingly full bodied for a beer of 5.1% ABV; sweet-strawy finish with an increasing bitterness towards the end. A good, "fat" thirst-quencher........

The bottle looks good. The beer is strong, begins very malty, smells also a little bit like mushrooms. A little bit too alcoholic. An average beer!

The bottle looks good. The beer in the glass also. It tastes really not schwarzbier-like, too fruity and sweet, too less malty. But nevertheless a drinkable beer.

PET-bottle. This one looks terrible. And the beer tastes the same. Very, very sourish. Not a good beer.

Bottle. Clear, pale golden pour, topped by a white head. The nose isn’t bad, but there’s not much of it either, except for some grain and hay. The same goes for the flavor, which has some bitterness as well. The mouthfeel is thin and watery, and that goes for the finish as well. A very pale and anonymous beer. (070804)

My first twist off N.A. beer. Golden coloured, small white head, cornflakes nose. Cardboard and hay taste with very unpleasant salty notes. Awful.

Bottle courtesy of and shared with ozujsko (thanks!) Poured a medium to small white head that went away fast. Golden colour. Sickly sweet n/a smell - soggy cornflakes, butter.. hmm. Smelled worse. Taste... damn. Extremely faint, very, very salty, typical n/a putrid sweetness. Erm, no. Useless.

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Partly herbal, partly grassy hops aroma with a light-sweet, perfumed malty background. Light-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, moderately carbonated mouthfeel, that gets almost a bit fizzy towards the finish. Soft and slightly perfumed malty base with herbal notes; moderately dry and bitter finish with an unremarkable hops character. Bland Pilsener.

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a white medium-sized head. Sweet and slightly perfumed malty nose with faint grassy hops accents. Sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a medium carbonation. Malty taste with herbal, slightly grassy hops; moderately dry, slightly bitter finish. Not totally bad, just bland and it is a bit better than the Feldschlößchen Pils.
