Founded in 2017, we are a young Berlin brewery relentless in our mission to Defend das Bier from mass production and commoditization.

Bräugier lives, breathes and drinks brewing curiosity. We find our place by never letting the status quo define what we can and can't do.

We're obsessed with everything about beer from brewing it and drinking it to exploring beer’s unique role in human history and culture. Our mission is to bring back the true German brewing tradition of diverse beer styles, frequent innovation, and openness to the world. In this spirit, Bräugier pushes boundaries with bold, full-flavored beers and a relentless commitment to quality.

Excellent beer is more than just beer; it's community, it's an experience, and it's got to be damn delicious.

Hazy yellow colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is grassy, some floral and citrusy tones. Flavour is citrus, some grassy, fruity and mild earthy tones with mild oaty tones to it.

(Draught at Hopfenreich, Berlin, 22 Apr 2023) Pale amber colour with frothy off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of orange peel, pink grapefruit and apricots. Fruity, hoppy taste with grapefruit, orange peel, resin, bread and a balanced citric bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and refreshing IPA, with a good citric hop profile. Very nice.

Taste comprises dusty fruits, dark malts, hint of red berry, brown bread, light caramel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Decent for the style.

Nose is ripe citric zest, juicy tropical fruit esters, pine reins, melon, stoned fruits. Taste comprises melon, mango, pine resin, papaya, guava. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come resinous hop bitterness. Tidy DIPA Aktion.

Taste comprises mango, soft malts, mandarin, ripe tropical fruit esters, pine needle. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with light danko come resinous hop bitterness. Solid.
