Bottle from the brewery. Note: expired as it got lost in my fridge for a while. Dank West coast-y nose on light hazy amber with a lasting head. It's a nicely balanced, moderately hopped (almost session) IPA. Light grapefruit and restrained dank pine in the nose & tongue suggest I don't yet have Coronavirus. I'm going to add 0.2 as if it were fresh, as I can imagine it would be hoppier and fruitier.

Draught. Black with a medium white head. Aroma of licorice malt. Flavour is chewy oat, coffee, creamy nitro, roast malt and a licorice finish.

16-02-20 // tap at Bräugier Brewpub Left. Pitch black. Great nitro head. Beige. Milky roasty nose. Low carbonation. Soft mouthfeel. Lactose yes. Milk chocolate but in the bitter edition. Nice.

16-02-20 // tap at Bräugier Brewpub Right. Unclear hazy darker orange to brown. Bread nose. Wow. Loads of rye in the taste. Grainy. Not really sweet. Not much hop aromas, good bitterness. Nice.

16-02-20 // tap at Bräugier Brewpub DDH boosting up their regular version. Lovely stuff. Juicy hazy thick yellow. Dank grassy hoppy nose. Juicy hoppy but also a good bitterness. Not much sweetness. Thats hoe i like my hazy Ipa. Tropic fruit aromas. Lovely.

16-02-20 // tap at Bräugier Brewpub Left. Juicy hazy yellow. Soft fruity hop nose and the green side. Soft mouthfeel. Lower carbonation. Dry juicy fruitiness. Lychee. Some lime. Light bitterness, but present for a Neipa. I like.

16-02-20 // tap at Bräugier Brewpub Always a great welcome these days to drink more classic Westcoast Ipas next to all the hop juices. Clear dark golden. Nose is light malts amd a touch of fruity-flowery hops. Rich malty body. Cara present. More dry hop aromas and body in general. Could be a bit thicker bodywise, a little more residual sugar. Light resinous only. Hop aromas are present but well embedded not overly overlaying. A good longer lasting bitterness.

16-02-20 // tap Bräugier Brewpub Quite clear lighter golden. White head. Pretty flat nose, subtle hop aromas. Dry body? Chrck! Mild flowery hoppy woth touches of dry grapes. Quite low bitterness and a weaker finish.
