Founded in 2017, we are a young Berlin brewery relentless in our mission to Defend das Bier from mass production and commoditization.

Bräugier lives, breathes and drinks brewing curiosity. We find our place by never letting the status quo define what we can and can't do.

We're obsessed with everything about beer from brewing it and drinking it to exploring beer’s unique role in human history and culture. Our mission is to bring back the true German brewing tradition of diverse beer styles, frequent innovation, and openness to the world. In this spirit, Bräugier pushes boundaries with bold, full-flavored beers and a relentless commitment to quality.

Excellent beer is more than just beer; it's community, it's an experience, and it's got to be damn delicious.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is grassy, straw. Bitter, straw and grassy. Crisp hoppy. Bitter far finish.

Bottle, many thanks FinnIckler! Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is dill, herbal, light toasted malts, resinous. Taste is resinous, toasted malts, a bit herbal, dill again. Oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Quite nice!

Bottle from BBF19. Orange caramel with a medium head. Aroma of fruit and malt. Flavour is herbal fruit, caramel on a tart citrus finish.

Draught. Black with a tan head. Aroma of toasted licorice. Flavour is s little burnt wool, sweet malt and licorice, bitter base, long burnt roast finish.
