Bottle from The Trembling Madness. Pours a clear bronze colour with a medium sized thick creamy off-white head. Aromas of cereals, brown bread and a touch of caramel. Taste has caramel, some dry dark fruits, tobacco, leather, burnt brown sugar and also some roasty notes. Taste and aroma are very different. Medium to full body, average carbonation and smooth oily mouthfeel. Slightly bitter hop on the finish. Quite a nice tasting slightly above average Bock.

500ml bottle (as Einsiedler Landbier): BB 10th November 2021. Drank on my patio in the afternoon sun, 15th September 2021. Almost clear golden body, decent white head that hung around for a while. Malty front to the nose and taste, caramel biscuits; but not as sweet as their Bock Hell I had the day before. Nice easy drinking brew which I enjoyed.

500ml bottle: BB 4th November 2021. Drank on my patio in the afternoon sun shine on 14th September 2021. Malty molasses rule the aroma and taste of this fairly sweet Bock, caramel esters and flavours to the fore. It pours a clean amber colour and has a thin white head that didn't want to stay around for very long. My sweet tooth really enjoyed this.

Bottle from Westhill Service Station. It pours clear yellow - gold with a small white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, grainy, doughy white bread, brioche, hay, custard cream biscuits and some bread & butter pudding. The taste is firmly dry, quite crisp, some snappy bitterness, grassy, floral, cereal, toasty grains, doughy white bread, brioche, peppery spice and straw with a drying finish. Average body and prickly carbonation. Simple, but rounded and moreish. Quenching.
