Fruity fresh and dry nose with a nice typical Saison-aroma. The beer starts fresh and light. Easy to drink with a nice fresh fruity tart aroma. Not too bitter, not too funky. The hops are round and fruity. The melon is there, and Simcoe adds some nice citrus aroma as well. The aftertaste is smooth with Saison-typical dry hints. Nice fresh and full with a moderate long aftertaste.
Nice refreshing summer beer!
