Many thanks to kappldav123 for this bottle! Smooth and grainy. Fresh. Slightly grainy, hints of sweetness. Grainy-sweetish aftertaste. Not as good as the one from Einsiedler.

Schön dunkel-trüb im Glas, süßlich-malziger Geruch. Der Antrunk ist vollmundig-süffig, angenehm süßlich-malzig, aber nicht zu süß. Zum Hauptteil kommt eine angenehme Herbe hervor, die sich sehr gut mit der malzigen Süße verbindet. Zum Nachgeschmack hin macht sich die milde Hefenote bemerkbar, die sich schön in die süßlich-herbe Malzkomposition einpasst. Der Nachgeschmack ist lang anhaltend und angenehm mild-hefig-malzig-süßlich mit gut abgestimmter Herbe.
