British BIO Beer. I love that stuff. coz za potencjal ze nie wiem od czego zacząć. Wyglad mętne pomarańczowo szare, bardzo błotniste, jakby z kaluzy rekami dodawane bylo. Piana spora wysoka, gesta i trwala tak długo ze po wypiciu została sama. Zapach ziolowe aromaty, bergamotka, w smaku lekko oleiste, herbaciane, trochę pieprzu i skorki pomarańczy. Doskonale ziolowe piwo. Slodowosc na poziomie porządnie drożdżowego roggena. i przy każdym lyku czuc ten aromat bergamotki. Zamiast herbaty Earl Grey wieczorem polecam to lekkie ekologiczne ale.

Cask (gravity) @ 31th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2014, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England. [ As Atlantic Northerly ].Clear dark red brown color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, sweet malt, dark malt. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, caramel, dark malt, tart fruit - berry - blackcurrant. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20141204]
