Bottled. Cloudy pale amber, small head. Aroma of tart cabernet sauvignon and bread. Mid dry with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Fruity malt, plenty of cabernet sauvignon. Mid bitter finish. Elegant and fairly complex.

DRAFT at Craft Baza 2. Well, it is much more bocky today... Hazy gold, creamy head. The nose is pleasantly grainy, with just a hint of sugars in it (although it is quite cold). The taste is a clean strong lager with a good deal of alcoholic bitterness, hop bitterness, but also tasty supporting malț sweetness - midway between bread, dry fruit cake, raisin biscuits.
DRAFT at Craft Baza 2. Almost clear pale gold, white head. The has subtle pale malt sugars, a little bit of grass and some bread or dough, mostly clean just a faintest hint of aspirin. Nice and clean, but neither malts nor hops hit you in the face. So is the taste too - subtle pale malts and fresh grass with minimal bitterness. It does not quite hit the bock target, but you can feel there's some body in it. Clean smooth easy drinking mouthfeel. Too bad it's a bit short of hops, especially for bock. Overall, a very fine well crafted lager.

Bottle, 750 ml, courtesy of IHC. Shared with him and Domagoj. Pours reddish brown. Small off white head. Strong red wine, wood, light vinegar, cherries, tannin, moderate to strong acidity. Dry. Medium bodied. It is a bit of a mess, but interesting brew nevertheless.

0.75l bottle. Hazy dark orange/brown body with a thin white head and loads of sediment. Not so schocking fact, but plums define the character of the beer with notes of lemon juice, dark sugar syrup and some red wine vinegar. OK beer.

TAP at Craft Baza. Hazy amber-red, nice off-white head. The smell is pretty neutral but nice and clean - fruity cake or muffins, some dough and meal. The taste has moderate generic red ale malt base - a little fruity, a little malty - pretty strong hop bitterness and a mild but distinct spicy note in the finish, like that of a spicy red wine. So, just like its name suggests, it is kinda a generic red ale, bit pretty good one.
