Bordó szín, alig-alig habzik, és az is gyorsan eltunik. Savanykás, animális, meggyes illatok. Savanykás, kissé fanyar meggyes, enyhe vörösboros és vaníliás aromák, animális-istállós, vadélesztos alapon. Kissé kesernyésebb a szokásos lambicoknál, aminek egy része határozottan a hordótól származik, de ezt jól ellenpontozza a gyümölcsössége. Közepesen testes, enyhén szénsavas, közepesen keseru. Nagyon finom, de nem árthat neki egy hosszabb érlelés, hogy az ízek jobban összesimulhassanak.

RBESG 2017, Grand Tasting, sampled on July 22, 2017.From bottle 75 cl at 8%. Gusher. 2016 Collaboration Brew Malbec - Litra.Murky brown color, white head. Sour, a bit fruity scent. Sweetish, acidic, brett, fruity taste. Medium and fizzy mouthfeel, very very low bitterness. Fruity, brett aftertaste.5/2/6/3/11=2.7

BOTTLE 33 CL. Cloudy ruby/purple, pink diminishing head. The aroma is pretty faint but nice, Berliner tartness and subtle fresh currant. The taste is much brighter, of course - mouth puckering lactic acidity with the black currant fruitiness adding a splash of color. And pretty clean it is, free of tannins from fruit, just a hint of pickles. Very nice. 7-4-7-4-15=3,7.
27-JUL-2017. DRAFT at Craft Baza. Beautiful bright ruby, quite hazy, with a small pink head. Smells of tart fermenting currants - would not dare to say rotten or spoiled, some fresh fruit aromas too. The taste is moderately sour, more like really tart fermenting fruit that pure lacto, but there enough acid behind the fruit too. Quite a bit of black currant fruitiness with a nice fruit skin astringency. The finish is quite clean, with just a bit of pickles/yesat in the aftertaste. The body is light, but the acidity masks this well. A really nice fruity Berliner. 6-4-7-3-14=3,4

75cl Bottle at RBESG 17 Grand Tasting. Dark amber colour, off-white head. Aroma of Brett, light fruity, some tartness, hint of oak. Flavour is fruity, sweet, Bretty, light oak, tart finish. Medium bodied. Liked the Lambic version just a tiny bit more.

75cl Bottle at RBESG 17 Grand Tasting. Massive gusher. Murky amber colour, off-white head. Aroma is light spicy, sour, lemon, definitely wine barrel, oak, wood. Flavour is also funky, light sour, lemon, vinous, oak, wood, tart finish, yeast. Medium bodied. As messy as this is, it’s definitely tasty.

(Sample from a bottle at RBESG 2017 Grand Tasting) A gusher. The beer poured dirty brown with floating bits. Large white head. Aroma had sweetness, plum and vanilla. Palate was medium bodied with highish carbonation. Flavours were tartness, sweetness, plums, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was tart, sweet and bitter. Not a lambic but less messier than the previous one.

From a bottle at RBESG 2017. Pours muddy brownish with a tiny, white head. More fruity and balanced than the lambic. Quite pleasant fruity aroma with mild funky notes. Mildly sour with medium flavour intensity. Quite nice.
