Thanks omhper! Hazy golden colour with a mediumsized head. Aroma is citrus, some floral tones with mild passionfruit as well as some nutty elements. Flavour is fruity, floral, some nectary and mild citrusy tones to it. Quite basic, but still on the tastier side of things.

An acceptable sour beer, not my best one, really rough and tart at the beginning, sour, mineral, dry note of yoghourt, dry hop, nice dry flavour of passion fruit, light, best before 04/23, drinking it yesterday for the meal, 13.10.23, at Epalinges.
