Keg at Hop & Hen aka Mikkeller Viru. Aroma is low key - dark fruit, malts and berries. Opaque ruby red. The translucent white head retreats to the rim sharpish. Medium bitter with a sweet streak. Malts and dark fruits and molasses. Rye bread. Boozy bitter edge. Medium bodied. Oily. Sticky. Long somewhat astringent finish. Lovely warming pudding of a beer.

(Can, 0.44l, from Käbliku Taproom, thanks FatPhil, at VastActiv, 20240802) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was large and white. Aroma had spices, honey and vinegar. Palate was light bodied with chilli warmth and medium carbonation. Flavours were chilli, sweetness, spices and bitterness. Aftertaste had chilli and spices. Weird. Too weird.
