Heading home after a terrific ten days in St. Pete/Tampa. Was a blast seeing my brother and his girlfriend, meeting Remy, hanging with Keith, RJ, Mara, and Brian!

Bottle 35.5 bbd 6/2025 @home poured into a tulip glass. Hazy pale golden colour, yeast sediment, small frothy white head, no lacing. Aroma brett, lemon, vinegar, barnyard. Sour and light sweetbitter taste, brett, lemon, sour apples, vinegar notes. Medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation, sour aftertaste, sweetbitter notes, refreshing. very nice.

Black with a large foamy tan head that lingered and left great lacing. Toasty with Vania, chocolate and giant cinnamon. Long finish. Moderately full bodied

(Bottle) Brownish red colour with frothy, tan head. Fruity nose with sour cherries, blackberries, raspberries, vinegar and oak wood. Fruity, tart taste with notes of dark cherries, blackberries, raspberries, red-currant, balsamic vinegar, lemon, oak wood and a dry and tart finish with low bitterness. More than medium body, quite dry. Rich, tart and tasty, with a generous acidity. Very nice.
