Description
Omnipollo® is a beer production company founded by brewer Henok Fentie and artist Karl Grandin in 2010 with a shared vision of changing the perception of beer — forever.
We brew a plethora of styles to explore what beer has and can become. As a joint and equal partnership between a brewer and a graphic artist our creative process has come to resemble the work shop of other pop cultural expressions such as music.
Our beers are always a collaborative effort and we brew at breweries in all corners of the world. This approach means we get to stay curious, grounded and tuned in. Much like that good house guest.

330ml bottle, 6.5% abv, with the lunch at Olympen. Spotty lacing from a large and airy white head, golden-orange coloured body, slightly unclear. Fresh fruity hops to the nose with hints of spices. Taste of tropical fruits, bread-like malts and honey sweetness. Smooth, fruit bitter endnotes. Well balanced and easy to like (Oslo, 15.09.2012).

Good white head with lacerings, over hazy orange beer. Flowery, dry hosp. Bit cakey, raisins, blossoms. Very bitter, hoppy flavour. Faint exotic fruit. Finish goes towoards quiinine-like bitterness, mixed with rosewater. Spritzy, very dry; dry-out effect as from tannins. Bit raw, crude in character. I’ve had better IPA’s for sure, and the black version is more accomplished.

Bottled 330ml (Bierkompass, BB 04/2014)
Slightly hazy orange color, small white head, lace. Orange-piney aroma, overriped fruits. Light to medium-bodied. Fruity citrus and pine, nice lingering bitterness in the aftertaste. Sweetish, more on hop than malt side.

Draught at Pressklubben. Hazy light orange liquid with medium, firm off-white head. Aroma of mango, passion fruit, fresh hops, tangerine, marmalade and light biscuit. Nice! Taste is dry (maybe light sweet) and medium bitter with notes of tangerine and light pine. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Very drinkable. Great stuff!

33cl bottle from Bierkompass. Cloudy golden, frothy, thick white head. Fresh aroma, very hoppy, pine and exotic fruity. Flavor has citrus, grapefruit, slight perfumy. Solid APA, very refreshing. My first from Omnipollo.

Draught at Pressklubben, Stockholm. Hazy golden, mid sized head. Enormous hop aroma - tropical fruits, hay, lychee and gooseberry. Malt sweetness provide some balance for the onslaught of hops. Medium-full body, fruity and juicy. Very severe bitterness with inky undertones.

Bar Great Harry, NY tap ($7): Pours an orange color with a nice white head. Aroma is yeast and fruits. The yeast basically is the top dog in the taste. I really liked this particular yeast. Body is an excellent compatriot to the flavor. Mildly sweet. Rather fruity. Quite good and sessionable.

Bottle. Vibrant hazy golden beer with a strong frothy head. The aroma is well hopped, and the flavour is very well hopped with heaps of bitterness and dry freshness. Overall a nice well hopped and bitter beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
