@Doktober, Harlingen, Blond met eigen hop, schenkt iets wazig geel/gouden met volle witte kraag. aroma is zoet, sinaasappel, citrus, mout. Smaken van pilsmout, iets dunne basis, citrus, matig tot redelijk bitter, redelijk alcoholische basis, stevig, mout, licht grassig, lichte meloen, vrij lange bittere en iets droge afdronk. fris, goede co2, iets dun van textuur, matige body. aardig

Sampled from tap at the brewpub. Slightly hazy, golden yellow with a white head. Sweetish, fruity and a little grassy aroma of lemon, grapefruit, pineapple and some straw. Sweetish, slightly bitter, fruity-grassy taste of lemon, grapefruit, pineapple and straw, followed by a short, moderately bitter, quite dry finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice, but with a slightly disturbing touch of yeast.

Sampled from tap at the brewpub. Slightly hazy, dark brown to black with a beige head. Sweetish-malty, slightly roasty and a little yeasty aroma of chocolate, some coffee, licorice, dark fruits and clove (?). Sweet, malty, slightly roasty and quite yeasty-spicy taste of chocolate, some coffee, licorice, some dark fruits and clove, followed by a short, slightly bitter, a little roasty, quite yeasty-spicy finish. Medium body, slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Begins promising, but ends with lots of typical Dutch yeastiness which doesn’t fit into it. Disappointing!
