Between 2016 and 2021 client brewer. Since January 2021, Eiber has had its own brewery in a very unique location in The Hague. What makes the brewing location so unique is that you look out over the skyline of The Hague. The brewery is located on the 6th floor of The New Farm building, which makes Eiber Bier the brewery with the highest view in the country.
Tap at Eiber. Bit hazy light yellow golden. Grapes, tangerine, lemon zest, light bitter grassy hops. Just medium sweet, a bit more bitter. Light boozy. Quite OK.
Bottle. Dark brown. Mostly spices, soft malts and sugar, indeed quite some winter notes, but the beer is not very sweet or heavy bodied. Feels more like under 5% than a stronger 7% version.
Bottle. Murky purple with huge fluffy pink head. Grainy, light yeast, plums, soft grape skins, doughy, bitter dead yeast and cardboard. Flour and soft alcohol. Medium sweet and bitter. Full bodied. Not great.
Van de soep afdeling van de Plus. Een koude soep van erwten en asperges, rubberachtige esters, bitter, droog mager, met in de achtergrond een zoetje. Niet best.
Golden with white head. Sweet malts, gumballs. Doable but still a bit stale and boring. No disgusting off flavours this time so that’s definitely a plus.

Bottle shared. Clear golden with white head. Sweet malts, cloves, grassy hops, soft orange peel, paper, dusty herbs. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied. Quite bitter but otherwise a typical not too great Belgian blond.
