Bottled. Hazy golden with no head. Aroma is sweet, but at the same time rather tart apples, some farmyard as well as mild wooden and cheesy notes. Flavour is rather much the same in a nice balanced. Very mouthdrying palate.

Corked bottle, from G20 in Rue du Commandant René Mouchotte, Paris
Deep blond color; no head retention, thin perlage. Just a mild apple juice with a trace of acidity besides the medium sweetness; very light sweet hazelnuts. Not interesting.

Corked bottle from Auchan, Quatre Temps, La Défense, Paris, 2.5% ABV
It has a deeper shade of blond than the Brut/Sec. Sweetish apple aroma, mild. The flavor as well is sweetish, some apple juice, very light cork in the end. Very simple.

Corked bottle from Auchan, Quatre Temps, La Défense, Paris, as "Brut"
Blond color, hazy. Nice aroma of fresh apples. Semi-sec in the beginning, it’s drier at the end; the mouthfeel is weak, the fruit level is low. Simple.

Corked bottle, from a Nicolas shop, Paris
Dark bond color; fine perlage, no head retention. It’s a semi-dry cider, with a light base of rotten fruits, and a very dry final. Quite bad.

Corked bottle, from Galeries Lafayette, Paris
Light amber color, with just a shade of red. Sweet aroma of apples and caramel, cheap. There is still some sweetness, some apple juice flavor, and a final acidity that doesn’t complement the sweetness, instead it disturbs; traces of wood; the final is quite acidic and citrusy. It’s like an apple juice, medium sweet, with a generous splash of lemon. Unbalanced.

4/12 0.75 l bottle from big Carrefour in Cannes. It poured nice copper body with smaller head that went away quickly. Nice sourish and sweetish aroma of fresh apples, somewhat leathery. Flavor follows it pretty much, very nice tart apples, greatly balanced between sour and sweet. It’s slightly thin in body, but doesn’t ruin it much. Nice long astringent finish, more on the sweet side now. A great one indeed, might easily be the best cider I’ve ever had!

0.75l bottle shared with heavy, found in France Poured a slightly darker golden-orange-amber something. Nice. Slightly dusty gluey nose, finely sweet and appley. Nice. The taste is a bit light but not too much. Slightly gluey and appley again, with a damn nice appley slightly corky sourish finish. It’s not terribly complex but very pleasant and tasty.
