Corked bottle
Golden color; fine perlage, persistent. Round aroma, some sweetness and fruitness, light hazelnuts. Full mouth feeling, a bit sweet in the front and drier later, taste of mature apples. Very good.

Bottle. Medicinal sour apple aroma. Looks like apple juice. Tart sour apple flavor - just slightly sweet. A bit on the medicinal side but has nice winelike characteristics.

Bottle - Sour apple and chemical aroma. Dark yellow color. Sour apple chemical taste as well. Really awful - cannot even come close to even the most basic English cider.

Simply as "Cidre Brut"
Light blond color. The aroma is a bit too corky, and the flavor is dry, not so interesting. --- Beer merged from original tick of CCLF Cidre Cuvée Spéciale Brut on 04 Feb 2010 at 17:19 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 4 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 5. Dark blond color, with fine perlage. Delicate aroma of apple skins, pear and hazelnuts. Quite dry mouthfeel, light fruit flavor, even light strawberry syrup; weak. Not interesting.
