330ml bottle at home, thanks to MonsterMagnet (European Local swap 2/2015). Black color with nice beige brown head. Malty aroma, light roasted, caramel, bready, light licorice, some hoppy perfume notes. Sweet and light bitter taste like aroma. Medium oily body with average carbonation

330ml bottle at home, thanks to MonsterMagnet (European Local swap 2/2015). Hazy dark orange color with off white yellowish creamy head that lasts. Aroma is hoppy, citrusy fruity, pineapple, grassy, pine, light malty. Sweet and heavy bitter taste like aroma. Medium oily body with soft carbonation and bitter grassy finish.

33cl bottle from Slijter van Pernis. Thick creamy white head. Clear amber pour. Some sweetness and noticable alcohol. Quite good.

Bottled. Black colour, brown head. Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is floral, coffee and some more coffee. Flavour is coffee, coffee, coffee and some burning coffee.

Bottle 330ml (tnx Edo, bierkoning!). Dark brown color, steady brown color. Very coffeish, chocolaty aroma. Medium-bodied. Harsh, acidic, roasted. Oh my.

33 cl bottle vintage 2014 @ oh6gdx. BBE 12/2016. Aroma starts with cocoa but soon turns into very musty sweat. Also some old coffee. Flavour is bitter in a harsh way with rubbery tones, some coffee and herbal notes. Not good, way too rubbery.

Dark brown color, small steady brownish head. Cardboard, burned malts, weird yeasty notes. Light to medium-bodied. Tartish, coffee, acidic. Not very black ipa -like. Lightly contaminated.

Bottled. More or less black colour, mediumsized brown head. Aroma is fruity, liquorice, some alcohol and some earth. Flavour is bigtime coffee burn, fruity, quite spicy, some ashes and mild alcohol.

33 cl bottle @ oh6gdx. BBE 12/2016. Aroma is odd with licorice and some hayish element. Flavour has licorice, ashy tones, tobacco and cold-ish coffee. Finishes with some harsh herbal bitterness. Not that good.
