Draft from a flight at the brewery's taproom. Black color. Beige head with good lacing. Aroma's: roasty, peardrops. Retronasal it's peardrops, red fruit, vegetal/peppery, sweetish. Flavor is roasted, moderate bitter, light sweet/chocolatey. Medium bodied. And then the peppers kick in and everything burns for a long time. I like peppers in moderation, but this is just way too much for me.

Draft from a flight at the brewery's taproom. Clear yellow golden color. Aroma's: grain/malt, light lychee. Retronasal it's citrus, sourish. Flavor is moderate bitter with light malty sweetness. Light bodied. Finishes grainy and rather bitter.

Draft from a flight at the brewery's taproom. Dark color, but not entirely black. Beige head. Aroma's: roasted malts, vanilla, coffee/mocha, chocolate. Retronasal it's fruity, roasted, vanilla, light cinnamon. Flavor is light sweet, fruity. Light bodied, on the thin side (for an oatmeal stout at least). Long finish, light roasty bitter, bitter chocolate.
