Draft @Prohibition Pig. Nice hazy, bright yellow color. Thin head. Nose is light wheat and Lemons. Taste is tart lemon, wheat and some hay. Light pucker hits the back of your tongue. Very light body and just the right balance for the style. Lightly funky as it warms. Refreshing drinker.

Sample from 75 cl. bottle. Bottle # 34/150. Hazy, red-brown colour with a big,off-white head. Sweet and rich aroma with grapes, minerals, oak, cocoa nips, somewhat tart. Taste is sweet. Medium to full body, creamy texture, too excessive carbonation. Finishes tart with alcohol and vanilla notes. A complex beer.

Bottled. A dark amber beer with some sediment floating around under a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of fruits, alcohol, and prunes. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol, prunes, wood, cocoa beans, brettanomyces, and alcohol, leading to a tart finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of byaeger. Batch 001, Bottle # 34/150. Pours a reddish amber with a small beige head. Sophisticated spicy, tart, woody edge. Medium body, a little excessive carbonation - very excessive actually. Quite a tart cherry character, overripe fruit and funk with a lovely and lightly sweet vanillaish woody note. Some warming alcohol. Very delicious - a shame about the carbonation. 250113
