5 3 5 3 9 Bottle shared at THT January (Platypus Edition). Hazy brown with a tan head. Aroma of caramel, herbs, medicine and overripe dark fruits. Flavour is heavy sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle at THT thanks to RW80 for the bottle. Light hazy brown with short lasting beige head. Caramel, strawberries, light veggies, bubblegum, sweet berries, lots of bitter herbs, light bandaids, lots of sugar. Quite sweet but also quite bitter. Light sour. Medium bodied with fizzy carbonation. Not good.

European Local Swap 03/17, thanks RW80. Intensiv malziger Antrunk mit weichen süßen Noten. Leicht erhöhte Karbonisierung, deutliche Kräuternoten, die Trockenheit gleicht das süße Malz gut aus. Erdig-kräutriger Nachgeschmack, erstaunlich süffig. 9/10/10/9/7/10

Bottle @ Benzai is uitgepierd tasting, 10 cl sample. Hazy amber color, short frothy head. Aroma of toffee, bit nutty, slight spicy. Sweet caramel and toffee in taste. Meh.

Bottle [thanks to RW80] @ "Benzai is zo dood als een pier tasting". Dark amber color, average sized beige head that diminishes quickly. Aroma is malts, caramel, nuts, herbs and spices. Tastes about the same. A bit nutty perhaps. The herbs or spices dominate too much. Sweet as well. Unbalanced.

Bottle [from trade with RW80] @ home. Lightly hazy orange color, full sized a bit foamy off-white head that lasts for a decent while. Aroma reminds me of a blond beer mixed with a shot of homemade applejuice. Not bad but far from an APA. Taste malts, yeast, a tad sweet and only the slightest bitter hint, if any. Average body and carbonation. Drinkable but an APA? Not even close imo.

Bottle [from trade with RW80] @ home. Hazy yellow orange color, medium sized off-white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, lightly a distant fruity hint, yeast, lightly sweet initially with a lightly dry bitter finish. Decent body and carbonation. Ok beer.
