473ml can. Pours a cloudy magenta with a small, fizzy, short lived, pale pink head that laces. Sweet fruity aroma of bready pale malt, banana, blueberry and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of bready pale malt, lactose, blueberry, maple syrup, faint banana and floral hops in a dry, tart finish. Medium to full body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. Not really getting any pancake. More sweet than sour, almost cloying.

Purple. Looks like a darker version of the purple drank they serve on Air Koryo. The aroma is blueberry, peach, raspberry, so mostly just juice. I mean it smells like purple drank. Tart, but also the fruit tastes candyish and weak. Tastes nothing like beer. Big meh.

473mL can, pours a clear dark blueish purple with a small off-white head. Aroma is asinine, with lots of blue candy and who knows what other candy notes. Flavour is an atrocity, with lots of artificial blue candy. I mean, what the fuck? How can I rate this more than 3? I can't. I guess it delivers what it set out to do, but what that is ain't pleasant.

Tasting at Matt's, can
Clean purple colour. Smell of candy, armpit, dick. Sweet candy flavour, no beer, just a soda.
Ridiculous, artificial (I would actually not drink it even if I thought of it as a soda).

473ml can. Pours a hazy magenta with a medium, foamy, short lived, pink head that leaves spotty lacing. Sweet fruity aroma of bready pale malt, blackberry, vanilla and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of pale malt, blackberry, lactose, vanilla, very faint graham cracker and floral hops in a dry, tart finish. Light body with a watery texture and average to lively carbonation. Tasty, but not getting much crumble.

Opaque, medium head. Got lots of guava, light grapefruit, light tartness. It’s standard for the series, not bad.

Cloudy pink with a small white head. Soured banana and berries. Soured berries with a banana finish. Not great.

Medium brown, no head. Aroma is weak, mild roast. Better on the palate, a little bit more sugars, some oatmeal, like roast and raisin. Still would prefer bigger, though, as this does feel thin in the end.

Hazy, no head. Apple and cinnamon aroma. Mild tartness, bit of alcohol, more apple and cinnamon for sure, nice malt backbone. I’m kind of liking the balance here.

Can, from the brewery. Dullish haze, as is the style of the times. Thin head. Aroma has a touch of tropical hops, light lychee, mellow pomelo, and starts veering off into overripe fruit notes. The palate brings all that, plus a bit of alcohol as per every iteration of this beer, because it's a TIPA and it takes about as many prisoners as its name implies.
