Bottle. Light amber. Lots of berry notes, vinous, maybe some wood in there. Getting a bit of phenols underneath of there, but a lot of hops as well. Tart, some fruity hop notes, but this is harsh, and there's some funk. Kind of wonky.

473ml can from Beerma Kanda. Somewhat darker orange, slightly cloudy, some foam on the top, comes down quickly. Nose has some light hops, overripe tropical fruits but somewhat diluted with water. Tastes light, some medium bitterness, bit stale hops and light watery tropics. Overall, not really in balance and well, a bit dull as a beer. Can drink it though.

Draught at the brewery. Cloudy, pinkish colour. Tart and jammy aroma. Lots of raspberry sweetness on this one. You wouldn't really peg this as a 10.5% beer. Quality stuff.

Big citrus and some stone fruit. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Pulpy citrus with some peel bitterness. Solid.

On tap at the brewery. The aroma is big juicy hops with nice sweet pineapple hints. Has good white foam and a medium gold body. Flavour is chewy sweet hops, lots of sugar but the alcohol is well hidden. Mouthfeel is full enough and there's no sign of the booze. This is a very candy-ish big IPA, still nice drinking here.

On tap at the brewery. Aroma is good sweet juicy sour cherry. Has a nice pink foam and deep red body. Flavour is nice big sour funk and sweet cherry, a little artificial but not cloyingly so. Mouthfeel is crisp enough, good juicy character. The abv is invisible which is dangerous but overall this is pretty tasty.

473mL can, pours an opaque dark orange with a small white head. Nose brings out resinous hops, candied sugar, and caramel. Flavour is somewhat sweet, with resinous hops, candied sugar, and caramel malts. Very malty, with a candied sweetness. Doesn't have the delicacy that the original had, but it's still very nice.

Can, Legacy. Rather ugly-looking. Just a dull tannish colour, thin head, some suspended yeast but not a lot. Lots of hops on the nose, lending orange and melon notes. Lots of alcohol up front - it's the most prominent thing. Light fruity hop accents. The malts and yeast are muddled, but being a TIPA there is a lot of malt, and the beer has a pretty big body. Still, a little sloppy. Nice hop character but not much else.

Can from High Point, Vancouver
Cloudy, dark blond, greenish. Aroma of fruity hops, light salad, very light dank (7+). Good body, sweet, not too cloying; the hopping is moderately juicy, but there are also light sweet vegetables notes; moderate bitterness; the final is a bit short.
A good beer, but by far not as bright as the first batch.
