Bottle. Aroma is well spiced, light bourbon, juicy. Taste is pretty good, light sweetness, pumpkin, spice, little bit of bourbon again. Caramel. Very nice.

16 ounce can into pint glass, canned on 7/19/019. Pours very hazy pale golden yellow color with a 2 finger dense/creamy/rocky white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a large cap that lasts. Thick soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big lightly tart/tangy lemon, orange peel, white grape, coriander, peach, pear, melon, red apple, wheat, and white bread dough; with light notes of peppercorn, clove, banana, bubblegum, wood, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of moscato grapes, fruity/spicy yeast, orange peel, coriander, pale/wheat malts, and light earthy hop notes; with big strength. Taste of big lightly tart/tangy lemon, orange peel, white grape, coriander, peach, pear, melon, red apple, wheat, and white bread dough; with light notes of peppercorn, clove, banana, bubblegum, wood, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Mild herbal, floral, woody, grassy bitterness; pepper/clove yeast spiciness; and wheat/grape tang/tartness on the finish. Lingering notes of lemon, orange peel, white grape, coriander, peach, pear, melon, red apple, wheat, white bread dough, peppercorn, clove, banana, bubblegum, wood, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a while. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of moscato grapes, fruity/spicy yeast, orange peel, coriander, pale/wheat malts, and light earthy hop flavors; with a solid malt/bitter/spiciness and tart/tangy fruit balance; with no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitter/spiciness and tart/tangy fruit. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/grainy, and lightly sticky/acidic/tangy mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol for 6%. Overall this is an outstanding fruited witbier. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of moscato grapes, fruity/spicy yeast, orange peel, coriander, pale/wheat malts, and light earthy hop flavors; very smooth and refreshing to drink with the mildly bitter/spicy/tart/tangy/drying finish. Amazingly soft feel for the style. Perfectly balanced between moscato grapes, Wit yeast, and spices; with a nice sized pale/wheat malt backbone for the ABV. Light residual sweetness with lingering dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and amazingly spot on style example as expected. Not overwhelming on any aspect.

Bottle. Deep dark brown color. Vanilla, bourbon, toffee in the aroma. Malty sweet, caramelly, soft roasty flavor with vanilla and bourbon. Toffee. Low on carbon. Alcoholic. Well rounded and balanced.
