Aromas of big milk chocolate, cocoa, caramel, toffee, toast, vanilla, coconut, bourbon, oak, brown sugar, light nuttiness, and oak/toasted earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of dark/roasted malt and bourbon barrel notes; with great strength. Taste of big milk chocolate, cocoa, caramel, toffee, toast, vanilla, coconut, bourbon, oak, brown sugar, light nuttiness, light raisin, and oak/toasted earthiness. Slight roast/oaky bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of milk chocolate, cocoa, caramel, toffee, toast, vanilla, coconut, bourbon, oak, brown sugar, light nuttiness, light raisin, and oak/toasted earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice robustness and complexity of dark/roasted malt and bourbon barrel flavors; with a good malt/barrel balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Light-medium carbonation and medium-full bodied; with a very smooth, fairly creamy, and slightly slick mouthfeel that is good. Alcohol is very well hidden with only a light warming present after the finish. Overall this is a very nice barrel aged imperial stout. All around good complexity, robustness, and balance of dark/roasted malt and bourbon barrel flavors; and very smooth to sip on for the big ABV. It was not as roasty as I expected for a stout, but had a lot of nice barrel and malt complexity; and was very enjoyable overall.

Big juicy citrus hop aroma with hints of cracker and bread with just a touch of sweet maltiness. Decent brew, but these session ipa’s always feel too thin to me I just can’t get into them.

This beer pours a clear copper-gold color with a medium bone white head that recedes steadily. Strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of hops, fruit and sweet malt. Medium-bodied with flavors of earthy hops, roast malt and pine. The finish is moderately bitter with a piney hops aftertaste. Decent overall.

On tap at Ashley’s Westland. Red amber pour with a white head. Matly nutmeg aromas. Spice flavors of nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon, with a malty presence. Restrained and smooth. Rather nice.

Light herbal/spice bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of caramel, honey, toast, orange peel, cinnamon, nutmeg, gingerbread, and herbal/toasted earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Good complexity and solid robustness of dark/bready malt, honey, and spice flavors; with a nice malt/spice balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a smooth, crisp, and lightly creamy/bready mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a nice winter warmer style. All around good complexity, balance, and robustness of dark/bready malt, honey, and spice flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink for the ABV. A nicely enjoyable offering.

Can thanks to Team florida. Pours a cloudy orange with medium frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is pine and grain. Medium mouth with light citrus and grass. Good.

16oz can via ICEatALAMO in the Mystery Box BIF. Pours a clear, bright amber with some lacing, white head. Nose has some mild brown sugar, cinnamon, clove, some dried cherry, raisin, fruit cake, malt, a little almond skin. Flavor has marzipan, cherry, cinnamon, brown sugar, fruit cake, a little cherry jam, clove. Spicy, fruity finish. Solid holiday ale.

Aroma of malt, nutmeg and caramel. Light-bodied with flavors of caramel, malt and pumpkin spice. The finish is sweet with a nutmeg and malt aftertaste. Decent overall.
