Aroma is moderate malty, cookie - biscuit malt, pale malt, caramel, moderate hoppy, sweet fruit, glue - pine. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, glue - pine, pale malt, sweet fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150925]

Hazy Amber color, creamy head. Full bodied beer, moderately sweet, with good malt and caramel flavor, strong bitterness;/some hop resins. But also a strong buttery aroma and flavor. Toffee and fudge.
Something is wrong with this one, although it a not too bad.

Small yellow head, irregular, over hazy darker red-amber beer. Fruity & vegetable nose; "forgotten" vegetables, and the fruit is starting to rot.... Banana(peel), caramel, fusels. Bitter-sweet. Finish is nearly wry, but main taste sweet-fruit, as fruitmash with quinine. Retronasal amandine/rosewater; Very slick to viscous, hopoils, tartness backthroat. Some alcohol present. The nose just isn’t right. Drinking is easier.

Medium, snowwhite head over very finely carbonated yellow beer. Sourish nose, citrus or other sour fruit, blossoms, spices. Fresh-smelling. Again fresh, sourish-fruity (maybe peach or apricot), but overpowered by the chili. Chili is really all-imposing. Feels very carbonated. Blast of heat immediately backthroat. Light body. Not very drinkable, this way. Sorry, chili makes it utterly unbalanced.

Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, butterscotch. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, butterscotch, sweet malt, old malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150925]

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a hazy orange amber with a small white head. Aroma bursts with many different elements, including dark fruits, resinous hops, caramel malts and candied sugar. Flavour is very sugary sweet, with lots of resinous hops, caramel malts and lots of residual candied sugar. Despite the intense sweetness, I quite like it. Rather cloying, but it's complex enough to be enjoyable in small amounts. Very good.

650ml bottle. Cloudy, dark amber colour with average, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, off-white to beige head. Fruity hoppy and mildly spicy aroma, notes of orange are fully integrated in a caramel malty body, an additional lemon dash, hints of cinnamon, chewing gum. Taste is caramel malty with notes of cinnamon, a nuttily touch, mixed with orange fruitiness and hints of lemon juice, notes of Wrigley’s Big Red and Juicy Fruit. Lasting, minimally biting, peppery spicy and bitter hoppy finish, slightly chewy mouthfeel, minimally viscous palate.

St. Valentine Stout - 40 lbs of dark chocolate were blended into the kettle with aromatic roasted malt and then infused with pureed strawberries to create a distinct cocoa taste that finishes with a light berry flavor and creamy mouth feel. OK.
