The brewery has both a 20 barrel production brewhouse as well as a 2.5 barrel pilot system, allowing for experimentation and innovation.

Amber body with white head. Strength is more like a bitter than an ESB but ESB aroma. Malty taste with a good hop balance.

Keg at Loyal Legion Beaverton, 9/12/23. New brewery! Brewery # 2227, USA # 1824, Oregon # 39. Black, large tan head, good retention. Aroma of roast, chocolate, and a bit of smoke. Taste is roast, coffee. A little one note. Well balanced.

On Tap at the brewery/taproom Very light pale golden with just a trace of white bubbles. Faint light farmhouse yeast character thoroughout. Light bodied and clean finish. Nice pleasant farmhouse flavors.

On Tap at the brewery/taproom plenty of dark roast in the aroma and flavor. Easy drinking though as there is no bitter/harshness. Slightly sweet even perhaps. Light and easy. Expected a bit more roasty bite actually.

Barrel Aged- On Tap at the brewery/taproom black pour, thin ring of tan bubbles. Nice blend of old oak barrels, some notes of chocoalte and a touch of coffee. Well attenuated and clean. Dark roast is full but not harsh. Quite good.

On Tap at the brewery/taproom Deep clear dark brown. Thin light tan head. Some dark toasted malts, int he aroma and flavor. Clean and dry and well attenuate finish,.

On Tap at the brewery/taproom hazy light lemon yellow, thin fine white head and traces of spotty lacing. Some grassy lemony hop character. Light bodied and a fairly firm lingering citrus pithiness bite. Some of that classic hazy IP sting.
