Description
Born in 2010, this micro-brewery and distributor located in Valdemoro (Madrid) is part of the recent history of craft beer in Spain. It is characterized by its independent spirit, experimentation, innovation and constant learning.
Since 2010 we have offered a broad range of beers. We have launched over 30 beers into the market, including our own beers as well as those resulting from a joint effort with Spanish and International brands.

Bottled at PBF. Cloudy amber, small head. Cellary caramel aroma. Sweetish with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity bland caramel. Notes of roses. Not much to be found.

Almost opaque dark brown colour. Sweet chocolate in aroma. Flavour is mostly of bittersweet dark malts. Some cocoa/chocolate in the taste too. Very smooth and rich.

Orange/copper colour with well maintained head. Fresh hop dominates the aroma. Flavour has toasty, fruity, sweet malts. Moderately bitter finish. Great session beer.

Bottled. A hazy brown beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, and chocolate. The aroma has notes of chocolate, and roasted malt, leading to a dry roasted finish.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of straw, hops, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and spices, leading to a lightly bitter finish.

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted malty and light breadish. Sweet toasted caramelish malty. Bitter and toasted malty into the finish.

33 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a huge white head. Aroma is light greasy hoppy. Bitter, light toasted malty and mild fruity. Bitter and medium dry finish.

On tap @ Animal. Brown colour with a acreamy off-white head with good lasting. Aroma is toasty, light caramel, bready. Flavor has notes of toasted malts, dry fruits, chocolate plumbcake. Moderate swet final with a light bitterness and toffee notes.
