Bottle 750ml. @ home on the terrace.Clear light dark red brown colour with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate to light malty, bread, caramel, malt. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, caramel, malt sweet, bread. Dark, hazy amber colour. Thick creamy head. Bittersweet with light fruitiness. Soft mouthfeel. Pronounced hop bitterness in the finish.

Draught @ KBC Den Bosch 2012. Pitch black, opaque color, average sized, mostly diminishing beige to light brown head. Smells moderately malty, roasted and burned malts, slightly chocolate. Taste lightly acidic, light to medium bitter. Medium carbonation, low to medium body.

Clear dark mahogany with a medium beige head. Sweet aroma with roasted malt, chocolate and caramel. Sweet flavour with roasted malt, chocolate, caramel, hints of anise. Finished sweet.

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. A clear, pale golden beer with a white head. wet cardboard, pale malts and some fruits on the nose. Dry, medium body fullness and flavors of pale malts and some fruits. Some bitterness detected, but not sufficient. Drinkable and boring. Nothing more. 091024

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. A clear, red beer with a white head. Cherries and lots of almon in the aroma, feeling quite artificial. The flavor is pretty much the same, also artificial, with some citric flavors. Sweet, with a touch of white sugar. Nice citric touch in the finish. Well, not my style of beer, but still drinkable. 091024
